What inspections do you need in Portland?

Here are some of the standard inspections I would recommend for a Buyer:

General home inspection

A thorough top-to-bottom review of the home's structure, systems, roof, electrical, and plumbing. Your baseline for any purchase.

Sewer scope

A sewer scope runs a camera through the line to check for root intrusion, cracks, or bellies before they become your problem.

Radon testing

Radon is a naturally occurring gas that is the second leading cause to lung cancer in the United States. Testing is quick and inexpensive and worth knowing.

Oil tank scan

Many older Portland-area homes had underground oil tanks. A scan takes 30-45 minutes and can save you from a costly surprise.
